How it works

1. You get in touch. Tell us the date, the venue and roughly what you are after. We come back the same day, usually, with a straight answer about whether we can help and what it would cost.
2. We talk it through. A phone call, usually twenty minutes. This is where we tell you what you do not need as well as what you do.
3. You book. A quarter up front to hold the date, the balance six weeks before. Nothing starts until you have it in writing.
4. You fill in one form. We send a link that asks only about what you have booked. It saves as you go, so you can do it over a few evenings rather than in one sitting, and you can change your answers right up until we build.
5. We build it and you check it. You see it before anyone else does. Changes at this stage are expected, not an inconvenience.
6. It goes live before your invitations. QR codes come to you printed or as artwork for your stationer.
7. The day, and afterwards. Everything runs itself. A week later you get every photograph your guests took, in one download.

How the guest photos actually work

Your guests scan a QR code on their table. No app to download, no account to make, no password to remember - it opens a page, they give a first name, and they can upload. Photos appear on your gallery within seconds, and on a projector if you want one running through the evening.

Everything is resized on their phone before it uploads, which is why it works on venue wifi when nothing else does. You choose whether photos go up instantly or wait for your approval, and you can hide anything at any time.

Afterwards it is all yours: one download, full resolution, no watermarks and no nothing further to buy. It stays online for as long as you chose when you booked, and then it is deleted properly.

The Photo Hunt, and why it is worth the extra

A gallery on its own gets you two hundred photographs of the same three tables. The Photo Hunt gives every guest little missions through the day - the confetti moment, someone you have never met, the best hat in the room, a parent watching rather than posing - and a leaderboard that quietly turns it into a competition.

What you get out of it is the stuff your photographer physically cannot be in the room for: the kids under the table, the quiet corner at nine o'clock, your uncle laughing at his own joke. The missions are tailored to you, and a couple of them will have your names in.

It also solves the awkward first hour. Guests who do not know each other have something to do, and an excuse to talk to someone they have never met - because one of the missions tells them to.

Signage that connects to the digital side

We design wedding signage to match your website and colours, and supply the finished, printed piece — seating boards, table names, a welcome sign, the order of the day.

Add a QR code to any of it and it becomes part of the same experience: a guest scans it and lands straight in your gallery or the Photo Hunt, no typing an address in. The printed and digital sides of the day end up properly joined up, not two separate things.
