Terms for Guest photo gallery and Photo Hunt

Who you are contracting with

This purchase is with JBH Weddings, a trading name of JBH Media, a sole trader owned by Jamie Hayward, of 40 Goodiford Crescent, Cullompton, Devon, EX15 1ZS ("we", "us"). This agreement is between us and you. You can reach us at weddings@jbhmedia.co.uk or on 07955 126157.

What you are buying

Guest photo gallery and Photo Hunt, at the price shown at checkout, taken in full by card before it is set up. There is no deposit, no balance, and no build - the whole thing is provisioned automatically as soon as payment clears.

Nobody at JBH Weddings reviews or personalises this before it goes live. You set your own address, write your own missions and correct your own names and date from your own dashboard - if something is wrong, it is wrong until you fix it there.

Your 14-day cancellation right

You have 14 days from payment to change your mind and cancel for any reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, because this is bought online without meeting us in person. Email us and that is the end of it, and we will refund you in full.

This product is provisioned immediately on payment, which is a service starting at your request inside that 14-day window. Once it has been fully provisioned - your gallery and Photo Hunt are live and working - the cancellation right ends, because there is nothing left to withdraw from. Until then you may still cancel for a full refund.

Your content, and your guests’

Your gallery and mission wording remain yours. Your guests upload their own photographs; you choose whether those need your approval before they appear, and you can hide any photo from your own dashboard at any time.

We are not able to check every image uploaded. You are responsible for deciding what stays visible on your gallery, and anyone in a photograph may ask us to remove it, which we will do.

How long it stays online

Your gallery and Photo Hunt stay online until the date shown on your dashboard, set from your wedding date at checkout. After that everything - the gallery, the photographs, the missions - is deleted permanently. We recommend downloading your photographs before then; your dashboard offers this as one file.

If something goes wrong

Tell us and we will fix what we can. Our liability is limited to what you paid for this product. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
